Welcome to Stria. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Stria's services, including our data synchronization platform ("Service"). The Service is operated by ARAN.DEV LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 12805813 ("us", "we", "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

  • Stria provides automated data synchronization between payment processors and destination platforms.
  • The Service currently supports Stripe as a data source and Google Sheets as a destination.
  • We process but do not store your payment data permanently.
  • The Service operates on a subscription basis.

3. Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account credentials with third parties.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Service Usage and Limitations

  • The Service is subject to fair usage policies and rate limits.
  • We may adjust these limits based on service load and capacity.
  • Excessive usage may result in service throttling or temporary suspension.
  • You agree not to:
    • Attempt to bypass any rate limits or usage restrictions
    • Use the Service in any way that could damage or overload our systems
    • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our Service
    • Use the Service for any illegal purposes

5. Data Processing and Security

  • We process data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
  • You retain all rights to your data.
  • You must ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions to sync the data.
  • We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data during processing.
  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

6. Service Availability and Support

  • We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
  • We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
  • Support is provided via email during business hours.
  • Response times are not guaranteed but we aim to respond within 24 hours.

7. Subscription and Billing

  • The Service starts at $5 per month, billed in advance.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Third-Party Services

  • Our Service integrates with third-party services.
  • Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.
  • You are responsible for complying with these third-party terms.
  • We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any liability that cannot be excluded by law

Subject to the above, we shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of data or business interruption
  • Any amount exceeding the fees paid in the previous month

10. Termination

  • You may terminate your subscription at any time via your account settings.
  • We may terminate or suspend your access for Terms violations.
  • Upon termination:
    • Your access to the Service will cease immediately
    • Any outstanding payments will become due
    • We will stop processing your data

11. Changes to Service

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
  • We may change these Terms at any time with notice.
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
  • Major changes will be announced via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
